👋 Hello! _ Sugar Free Brownies with Toasted Coconut anyone? _ And wait for it...its all made in one bowl and has protein! _ Yes. *Ingredients* -4 🍌 bananas mashed (ripe) -1 cup pumpkin seed butter (or whatever you have) -1/4 cup @enjoyyoso yogurt -2 tbsps of collagen protein @greatlakesgelatin (can use other protein powders to make it vegan 🌿) -Rich people vanilla extract (it makes a difference!) -3/4 @giddyyoyo Cacao powder (can use regular cocoa) -cacao nibs or dark chocolate chips like @lilys_sweets_chocolate -1/4 cup coconut shreds 😊 **How to** 1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. 2. In a large bowl mash your bananas well. 3. Next drop in your 1 cup butter of choice. For nut butters you may need to warm them in a pan, but the pumpkin seed butter was smooth and easy to throw in and mix. 4. Add in the yogurt, collagen protein, vanilla, cacao, chocolate chips or nibs. Mix it all up. 5. Pour into a parchment paper lined pan and bake. Top with coconut shreds if desired. These will toast up! ☝ 6. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes.Check if it's done with a knife - if it comes out clean you're good! Let cool and serve.
