Remember why you started. Well this is not why I started it was just the outcome of doing what I love to do, train my ass off for simply for the love of training. Would I compete again, absolutely. My trunks time was brief but I enjoyed it and remember the fun I had training with my fellow warriors getting ready, remember the fun I had with the competitors, and it was never for a medal, trophy, or sword, it was for the love of the lift that led to the results. See, in anything in life, If it makes me miserable I am not doing it, if it makes me unhappy or it feels like a damm chore then why continue, if it sacrifices my priorities, friendships, or family then no way I am doing it. Day 22/30 Fear is a hell of a thing. This is my first tome squatting since I injured my ankle/back/knee. The lack of self confidence kept me from pushing like I could have, but I canโ€™t complain with a relatively pain free workout. Mad I stopped at 5 when I had 5 more in me. Also, for those of you with knee problems, using that safety bars to catch the weight at the bottom of your squat will drastically reduce the amount of pressure that you put on your knees.
