🌱😋VEGAN recipe for: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ --- --- 🥗Spicy Fruit Salad😋 ----- ⏱️10 min 🔪🍰6 servings ----- 📜🥕⚖️Ingredients: --- 2 ripe mangos, peeled and cubed 4 kiwi, peeled and sliced or quartered 1 cup (166 g) sliced strawberries 1 cup (148 g) blueberries 1 small lime, juiced (~2 Tbsp, 30 ml) optional: 1 Tbsp (15 ml) maple syrup or agave nectar 1/4 tsp chili powder pinch sea salt optional: 1 ounce ( ml) silver tequila or white rum --- --- --- --- 🤗Ready to cook? --- --- --- Add all fruit to a large mixing/serving bowl. Add lime juice and maple syrup (optional depending on ripeness of fruit) to a small mixing bowl and whisk to combine. Then pour over fruit and gently toss to coat. Add sea salt. Then sprinkle on chili powder a little at a time, gently folding/stirring the salad as you go. I found 1/4 tsp to be the perfect amount, but add more or less depending on preference. Taste and adjust seasonings, adding more chili powder, maple syrup, or lime juice as needed. Add tequila or white rum for a boozy kick (optional). Hallo ihr Lieben, tut mir leid dass so lange nichts von mir kam, aber irgendwie hatte ich einfach viel für die Uni zu tun und daher nicht so viel Zeit für Insta😅 Dafür gab es gestern diesen Himbeer - Marmor - Mugcake🍰☕🥄😍 die Idee für das Rezept habe ich bei @fit_mc.melina gefunden😊 Rezept: 25 g Haferflocken 3 g Vanillepuddingpulver 15 g Grieß 100 ml Wasser 100 g Quark Süße 5 g Backpulver 5 g Backkakao 25 g Himbeeren Haferflocken, Grieß, Puddingpulver und Wasser mischen und 10 Minuten Quellen lassen. Quark und Süße unterrühren und die Hälfte des Teiges mit dem Kakao mischen. Auf den hellen Teig die Himbeeren geben, den Schokoteig darauf verteilen und ein Marmormuster kreiren. وصفة #حلى جديدة ورااائعة لم ترين مثلها من قبل!! 😍  المكوّنات لتحضير الطبقة الأولى: بايكنغ باودر – ملعقتان كبيرتان زيت – نصف كوب سكر – كوب ونصف قشطة نستله – علبتان بيض – 6 حليب بودرة محمّص – 4 أكواب لتحضير الطبقة الثانية: جبن كريم فيلادلفيا على حرارة الغرفة – 16 ملعقة كبيرة  حليب مكثف محلى – علبتان للتزيين:  كاكاو – بحسب الرغبة حبيبات شوكولاتة – بحسب الرغبة طريقة العمل 1- لتحضير الطبقة الأولى: حمّي الفرن على حرارة 180 درجة مئوية. 2- في وعاء، ضعي الحليب المحمص مع البايكغ باودر والزيت والسكر والقشطة والبيض. 3- أخلطي المكونات جيداً بواسطة ملعقة كبيرة حتى تتجانس. 4- أسكبي الخليط في قعر صينية بيركس مدهونة بالزبدة وسوّي السطح. 5- أدخلي الصينية إلى الفرن من 15 إلى 20 دقيقة حتى تمام النضوج. 6- لتحضير الطبقة الثانية: في الخلاط الكهربائي، ضعي جبن الكريم والحليب المكثف المحلى. 7- أخلطي المكونات جيداً حتى تتجانس. 8- أسكبي الخليط فوق الطبقة الأولى المخبوزة. 9- أعيدي الصينية إلى الفرن لـ10 دقائق أو حتى تجمد الطبقة الثانية. 10- ضعي أغطية بلاستيكية متساوية الحجم على وجه الحلى أو شموع صغيرة. 11- رشّي الكاكاو على وجه الحلى. 12- أزيلي الأغطية بخفة وروية للحصول على شكل دوائر. 13- ضعي حبيبات شوكولاتة في وسط الدائرة للحصول على شكل فتيل الشموع. #recipe #dessert #dessertrecipe #chocolate #وصفة #حلويت #افكار #حلا
